Located on almost three acres in Denver's RiNo neighborhood, Train is a mixed-use development consisting of approximately 1 million square feet of residential, office, hotel, restaurant, retail and entertainment uses. The design blends modern architecture and historic influences, mirroring the transforming neighborhood. The once tired industrial area is now one of Denver's hottest neighborhoods, blending a vibrant art scene with easy access to Downtown Denver’s Union Station and Denver International Airport.
