Known as the "Gateway to the Rockies," Denver's storied West Colfax Avenue is facing a resurgence. With easy connectivity via the light rail to both downtown Denver and the town of Golden in the Rocky Mountain foothills, new housing, and a budding art scene, West Colfax is an eclectic up-and-coming part of town.
This mixed use housing development located on West Colfax Avenue is comprised of two story, two bedroom units and 3 bedroom penthouse units atop on-grade retail. The project is easily replicable and designed with pre manufactured shipping container blocks assembled on site. Exterior circulation and interior courtyards create unique spaces for both residents and retail patrons.
